Its definateley not 20mwReview by Nvg master05.01.2012
It is way underpowered for what is advertised. I knew i should have known that it was too good to be true to get a 20mw ir laser for 200 bucks. Mounts on the rail ok, and appears to hold zero. I am rough on my kit, and the mount seems sturdy, but instead of the pressure switch with the foot long cord you provided, i would also like to see a toggle switch. It works pretty good with my pvs7s that are 3rd gen. But its definitely around the 0.5 mw zone for sure. The FDA regulates lasers over 1 mw for infrared.

Don't get me wrong, I am using it, and i just need to find a place to shoot at night.

(Kalinka remark - the manufacturer confirmed that these lasers are really 20 mW but since it's a pointer (focused), not an illuminater (unfocused), it's hardly possible to check the real power using an eye only)
Best laser I've usedReview by bgegmn19.08.2011
Have a lot of tac lasers and regardless of the 'specs' on some of the American lasers this one out-perfoms them all. Worth the money.
