Made by Splav, Ltd in Russia, the Tarzan M32 Tactical Assault Vest features one size fits all construction suitable for donning over flak vests, a front zipper, water pouches, is compatible with alpine climbing systems and can be used with backpacks and haversacks. It has a drag handle (crosspiece) on the back for casualty evacuation and takes ALICE clips for adding additional pouches.
