Shipping & Delivery

Kalinka Optics Warehouse® ships all orders from our North Carolina warehouse using USPS. Order processing time is generally two business days.  You will receive a 'shipped' email notification with USPS tracking number. Larger/more expensive orders are shipped with signature confirmation also. All of our products are stocked in and ship from the USA. The average USPS transit time for orders shipped Priority Mail is 1-3 days for the lower 48. Great Prices and Great Turnaround, a winning combination! 
Kalinka Optics Warehouse® ships international orders from our international warehouse. International orders are delivered by your country's postal service. All packages are shipped with insurance and online tracking is available directly Thru USPS. You will receive a 'shipped' email notification with tracking number. We ship daily internationally but all orders are verified first with the customer,  which takes a few days. We do this to cut down on fraudulent orders. Shipping may be delayed if export license paperwork is required to be submitted by us first. We make no guarantees about your local customs obligations but the majority of orders have no customs taxes due. All Taxes and duties are the responsability of the customer. Shipping transit time is generally 7-12 days and total time from placing your order after verification and any necessary paperwork is about 10-21 days depending on where you live. Note that we do not ship to Southeast Asia and other high-fraud areas.

Returns & Replacements

The key to any successful business is putting the customer first. Our commitment to 110% customer satisfaction is based on having the lowest prices anywhere, filling orders quickly and correctly and being responsive to customer needs including returns, refunds, special orders, and exchanges. We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied or your money back. We will happily provide a full refund on any purchase minus shipping charges within 15 days of the date you receive the item NO QUESTIONS ASKED (*). 
We are very easy to deal with concerning returns and will go the extra mile to make sure you are able to return anything you do not want. However, it is imperative that you enter a Return Request in your account on our website and receive approval before returning the item. If you did not register when placing your order you must email directly and request a Return Authorization Number; this RAN must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. To apply for a Return Authorization Number  send your name, the item name and the reason for return to info@kalinkaoptics.com. A Return Authorization packing slip will be prepared for you. Simply follow the directions and your return will be processed.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (excluding shipping) will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase or by a company check made payable to the buyer within seven business days of receipt of the return. Kalinka Optics can not be responsible for return shipping costs under any circumstances except if we clearly shipped you an item that was an neither what you ordered or an upgrade for an out of stock item approved by you. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable. In no event will Kalinka Optics Warehouse® be responsible for return-shipping losses. Ordering

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders . All orders are processed using our secure server and are 100% safe as well as quick and easy. Simply add items to your 'Shopping Cart' and when you are ready to checkout press the 'Checkout' button. Customers who have created an account and are logged in will be able to view a variety of sale pricing, discounts and specials. We accept credit & debit cards, checks and money orders directly through our website. Just checkout and a check and money order address will be shown if you choose that method of payment. Once we receive your check or money order payment, your order status will be updated directly in your account and an email notification will be sent. Orders paid by money order are shipped immediately upon payment while personal checks may be held up to ten business days to clear before the order is shipped. Please note that we also accept payment through the Google Checkout system. Please email us directly for bank transfer payment instructions. On certain items we do accept back orders. These items will be visible on the site and marked as deliverable within '2 to 3 weeks'. It is very important to understand that Kalinka Optics will do everything possible to meet this delivery schedule but we can not guarantee a delivery date on back ordered items. We do not ship partial orders. Often, items are in route to us when you place a back order and delivery of your order will occur within days. By placing an order for an out-of-stock item, you are making an actual purchase and you will be charged at the time of the order. Of course, you always have the option of canceling the order at any time before shipment.

Pricing & Promotions

Volume pricing on a variety of items are available and visible to users who have created an account and logged in. Kalinka Optics Gift Card claim codes can be purchased right on the website and sent to the purchaser or sent as a gift to anyone, with or without an account. In addition to email notification and the option to enter a customized gift message, printed gift cards are available for delivery to the gift recipient.

Viewing Orders

To check the status of your order! Just log in to your Kalinka Optics account to get a summary of all your filled and open orders. You will see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, and the shipping method,  Additionally, you will receive a seperate shipping confirmation email directly to your email address with tracking information and you can track your package at www.usps.com.

Commonly used order statuses include:

* Pending - We've received your order. If it is showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order

* Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We will send you an email when your item(s) have shipped
.
* Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment via www.usps.com.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account by logging into the website and going to the My Account section. There you are able to change shipping or billing addresses, manage your newsletter subscriptions, add or delete a product review, add or delete product tags, edit or share your Wish List, and check your Kalinka Optics Gift Card balance.
