These rails are narrower than our Universal Side Rails as any excess plate-back surface has been removed. This allows you to minimize the amount of stock removed. It is a great new rail, very thin and very narrow. Steel construction. Great for mounting an optic on an SKS as well as a Mosin-Nagant. The rail is 3 15/16 by 5/8 inches. Check out the Manuals section of the site for info about mounting this on your rifle. Mounting hardware is included as shown in the picture.
